Energy and Herbs Class

This is two classes in one! First, A 30-minute simple movement Qigong practice with Paul Brooks, then explore the nursery grounds with Herbalist Susan Edwards to identify local medicinal plants and their healing
benefits.
Women's Wellness & Herbal Care
May 30th
1 PM- 3:30 PM
A class focused on Women's Health led by a Clinical Herbalist! Tea and snacks provided, all are welcome to attend! $5 Suggested Donation
